AN ACT supplemental to an act, entitled An act authorizing A. W. Turner to sell
certain Slaves.
Be it en ac/cte by the General Issembly of the State of Missouri, as
§ 1. That nothing contained in the second section or any other part of
the act to which this act is supplemental, shall be taken or construed to
authorize the payment out, or distribution of, any of the property, slaves
or moneys, of the estate of said Robert Al. Allen. deceased, to cither
creditors, legatecs, or others, beyond the State of Missouri, until the
creditors and legatecs within this .Statc shall have been first paid off, fully,
under the orders of the County Court of Boone county.
This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Be it enacled by the General .dssembly of the State of Missouri, as
fed/ows :
§ 1. That Isaiah 0. Crughead, trustee of Jane Bennett, is hereby
authorized to sell, at his discretion, either public or private, and for cash or
on a credit, all the right, title and interest, in a house and lot in the town
of Fulton, in Callaway county, conveyed to him in trust for the use and
benefit of the said Jane Bennett for and during her natural life, and at her
death to her daughter, Ann Elizabeth Bagby, and upon receipt of the sale
money to put the same at legal interest from time to time, or to invest the
same in other real estate, as may be deemed best for the interest of said
Jane and daughter ; and upon payment of the purchase money, to make,
execute and deliver to the purchaser a deed, conveying all the right, title,
