That all acts done and performed by the aforenamed corporators, and all sales of real estate, and purchases made by them of real estate, within the bounds aforesaid, in their joint name, for and in behalf of and on account of said company so hereby incorporated, prior to the passage of this act, within the scope and power and privileges of said ForesG City Ex- tension Company, are hereby declared to be legal and binding on said com- pany to all intents and purposes, as fully and completely as if the same had been done and performed after the passage of this act. § 13.
