Mosely, to be by him paid to the widow of Thomas J. Mott, deceased, late
a member of the House of Representatives of this State, for a sum which
shall he equivalent to the sum which would have been due to the said
Thomas J. Mott, if his life had been spared to complete the term of service
for which he was elected, for mileage and per diem, in addition to thosuin
of three hundred dollars, to piy the funeral expenses of the said Thomas
J. Mott, deceased; payable out of any money in the Treasury not other.

This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT to provide for the Enumeration of the Children In Fractional Township Number
Fifty-six, in Range Number Twenty-one.
1. Enumeration of children in a certain I 2. Repeal of inconlsstent laws.
Township to be made in Livingston
county.
WunusrA, all the citizens of fractional township number fifty-six, in range
number twenty-one, are citizens of Livingston county: And whereas,
the sixteenth section of said township is situated in Chariton county,
requiring the enumeration of the children of said township to be taktn
in Chariton county; therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follow.:
§ 1!-That the Commissioner of Common Schools in Livingston
county is hereby required to enumerate the children of fractional township
number fifty-six, in range number twenty-one; and that said township be
hereafter governed and controlled, as far as relates to common schools in
Livingston cbunty, Ihe same as if said sixteenth section was situated in
Livingston county.
( 2.-[That] all acts and parts of acts, inconsistent with this act, be
and the same is [are] hereby, repealed, so far as the same relates to a
township.
This act to take effect from its passage.

Court, as administrator of the estate of Charles Goridon, decease
sold and became the purchaser, at public sale, for a full and adequate
consideration, of two certain slaves, to wit: Joseph and Robert;
