AN ACT repealing certain acts establishing State Roads in Miller and Osage counties.
( 1. Two former laws establishing state roads repealed.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Kissouri, as follows:
§ 1. That the act of [the] legislature entitled, an act to establish a
state road from Spring Garden, in Miller county to or near Henry Scaggs,
in Osage county, approved February 24th, 1853, and an act entitled,
an act to establish a state road from Struniff's mill, in Osage county, by
way of Van Buren, to Wallace's landing on the Missouri river, be and
they are hereby repealed.
This act to take efect and be in force from and after its passage.
Approved February 28, 1855.
AN ACT for opening and repairing Public Roads and Highways in the counties of Lincoln,
Randolpli, Warren, Montgomery, Johnson, Bates, Andrew, Hickory, Taney, Boone,
Cole, Monitean and Osage.
1. County rands to be opened according to
this act.

relation to roads.
3. Dimensions of county roads.
4. Roads to be free of trees and stumps,and
to be bridged.
6. Cost of bridge not to exceed fifty dollars.
