AN ACT to repealan act entitled an act providing for a road tax in Clark county, ar.-
proved March 12, 1849, and an act amendatory and supplementary theclto, approved March
3, 1851, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of the State qf Missouri, asfollows:
§ 1. That an act entitled an act providing for a road tax in Clark county,
approved March 12, 1849, and An not amendatory and supplementary
thoroto, approved March 3, 1851, be and the same are hereby repealed.
§ 2. Be it further enacted that an act entitled  ttn act to provide for and
laying out roads and highways in the several counties in this state, approvel
March 3, 1851, shall apply to and be in force in the county of Clark us
fully as if herein re-enacted, any thing in said act to the contrary, notwith-
standing. That all acts inconsistent with this act be and the samo are hereby
repealed.
This act shall take effect from and after the 7th day of February, 1853.
