Be it enacted by the General A/ssembly of the State of Missouri, asfollows,
§ 1. The Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby required to draw his
warrant in favor of Isaac Peevy, former sheriff of Barry county, for the
sum of thirty dollars and eighteen cents, to be paid out of any money in
the treasury unappropriated.
This act to be in force from its passage.

Jane Hayer, linu Jones and Betty Scott, and the sail James H. 11Hanson,
John W. lHanmon U114 UT. It1sin, who intermarried with Mlartha II. Han-
son, nnd are residents of this State, being deairous of bringing to this State,
the aforesaid slaves: Therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of M11issouri, as follows:
§ 1. That said James 11. Hanson, John W. Hlanson and U. Ra-in, are here-
by authorized and permitted to brin g saidl negrod-hve3 into this . state, rnd said
negroes may remain therein, till they shall severally arrive at the age of thirty-
five years. according to the will of said lienjamin Hanson, an attested copy of
which shall he piucell on the reenrds of the eoumn tv court of St. Louis enuit.
§ 2. That the said James II. Hanson, John W. Unnson and U. Rasin, shall
execute a bond with sullicient security to the county court of the county of
St. Louis, in the penal sum of one thousani dollars, obligating themselves, their
heirs, executors, adninistratois and assigns, to caone said negroes to be remov-
ed from the State of Missouri, as they shall severally arrive at the age of thirty-
five yesrs.
This act to take eflect from and after its passage.
