The Auditor of Public Accounts is hereby required to draw his warrant in favor of Isaac Peevy, former sheriff of Barry county, for the sum of thirty dollars and eighteen cents, to be paid out of any money in the treasury unappropriated. Rasin, shall execute a bond with sullicient security to the county court of the county of St. Louis, in the penal sum of one thousani dollars, obligating themselves, their heirs, executors, adninistratois and assigns, to caone said negroes to be remov- ed from the State of Missouri, as they shall severally arrive at the age of thirty- five yesrs.
