the printing shall be done in pamphlet form and eight thousand copies shall be

§ 44. The fortieth, forty-first, forty-second and forty-third sections of this
act shall go into operation from the pasgage, and the remainder on the first (lay,

United States in time of war, by a requisition of the Governor of this State.

Be it enacted by the General Assemly of the State of Missouri, asfollows:
§ 1. Any deed of trust, that is in the nature of a mortgage, m'Iy, at the op-
tion of the cestui que trust, his executor or administrator, or assignee, be fore-
closed by him, and the premises sold in the same manner, in all respects, as a
mortgage.
§ 2. If any cestui que trust, his executor or administrator, or assignee, re-
ceive full satisfution of any such deed of trust, he may. (by himself, or by a
person authorized by his written power or attorney,) acknowledge satisfaction
of such deed of trust, on the margin of the record thereof; and such acknow-
ledgment of satisiaction thus made, shall have the effect to release the plemises
conveyed by such deed of trust, and re-vest in the person who executed such
doed of trust, or his legal representatives, all legal and equitable right, title,
interest, estate, claim or demand of, in, or to such premises.
This act shall take effect from its passage.
