§ 2. That the reports of the recorder and commissioners for the adjustment
of land titles in Missouri, under the acts of Congress, of the 9th July, 1832, and
the 2nd March, 1833, as the same appear printed, among the documents of ei-
ther House of Congress, shall be received and admitted as evidence in all courts
in this State, with like effect, as the originals of such reports, or duly certified
copies of same would have.

EXECUTIONS.
AN .'CT to amend an act to regulate executions.
At what timc the lien of an execution in the hands of a constable shall commence.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
§ 1. Every execution, coming to the hands of the proper constable or officer
of any township, shall be a lien on the slaves, goods, chattels and shares in
stocks of the defendant in the township to which such execution shall be direct-
ed, from the time the same shall be delivered to said constable or officer.
This act shall be in force from and after its passage.

Be it enacted by the Gencral 4ssembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
§ 1. That sales of real estate situated in the county of St. Louis, taken in
execution by any oflicer, may be exposed to sale during the term of the St.
Louis court of common pleas; the officer making such sale, complying, in all
other respects, with the laws now in force regulating sales of real estate taken
in execution, and the deed to be executed by the officer making such sale, may
be acknowledged before the St. Louis court of common pleas, and, being so
