Be it enacted by the Gencral Assembly of the State of Jilirouri, as follows:
§ 1. That all public roads and highways shall be opened and repaired
agrecable to the provisions of this act; and the counly court shall have aU-
thority to inakce and enforce all orders necessary, as well for establ.shing and
opening new roads, as to change or vacate any public road or part thereof,
in their respective counties. All public roads shall be cut out not less than
