Section re- SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem- pealed. bly of Maryland, That section four hundred and thirteen of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws of the city of Baltimore, entitled, Hay and Straw, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows: Fees. 413. The said Inspector shall be entitled to demand and receive for each and every load of hay and straw inspected by him of whatever weight one cent and one-half of a cent per hundred pounds; and for weighing hemp, cable, anchors, dye-woods, bark, etc., two cents per hundred pounds. In force. Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
