And be it enacted, That the said trustees into bond. shall enter into bond conditioned for the faithful per- formance of their duties under this act; the penalty of which bond shall be prescribed by the said Judge; and shall in all respects be subject and accountable to the said circuit court sitting in equity, as other trustees are, andshall report their proceedings in about the premises to the said Judge of the Circuit Court, who shall ratify and confirm the same.
