State of Missouri to return to this State. Liberty to Be it enactedb!/ the General Assembly of 111aryland, return. That from and after the passage of this act, Henry Hopkins, free negro of tile State of Missouri may and is hereby at liberty to return to this State; Provided, Proviso. That lit: pay to the agent of the colonization society of Maryland, the sum of ten dollars, and thereafter be entitled to the same rights and privileges as the free colored population are now enritled to under the laws of this State. CHAPTER 67. Passed AN ACT to atthorise the Judge of the second judicial Feb. 24,1854. circuit of Maryland to accept the bonds of'William H. Worthington, clerk of thc circuit court for Howard county, and Nathaniel Duke, clerk of the circuit court for Calvert county. Authority to Be it enacted by the GeneralA ssembly of 3aryland, approvebonds That the judge of the second judicial circuit be, and lie is hereby anthorised and empowered to approve the bonds of Villian 1-. Worthington, clerk of the circuit couit for Howatd county, and Nathaniel Duke, clerk of the circtit court for Calvert county, and when so approved and recorded, they shall have the same force and effect in law, and for the same period as if the said bonds had been executed approved and recorded ac- cording to law, at the time prescribed by law.
