Be it enacted by the General Assembly orders nisp* of Maryland, 'That the clerks of the several circuit coutts for the counties in this State and the city of Baltimore, the clerk of the superior court of Baltimore city and the clerk of the court of common pleas for said city, shall have a concurrent power with the judge of their several judicial circuits, the judge of the said superior couit of Baltimore city, and the judge of the court of common pleas of said city, to pass all orders nisi for the ratitcation of Auditors reports and accounts, but not final orders.
