Predericli county, he and the same is hereby declared
to be good and valid, and as bindinig and etlectual on
all tho parties to the same, for the ends and piurposcs
for which said deed was made and accepted as afore-
said, as if the said deed had been executed, and all
the covenants and stipnlations therein contained and
sat forth after the passage of this act of Assembly.

discretion of the court, be sentenced to hard labor in
the Penitentiary, for the space of three years, or sold
out of the State.
