That Charles Crawford,a free man of color, now residing in the District of Columbia, be and he is hereby per- mitted to come into this State fbr the purpose of visit- ing his wife, the slave of Eleanor B. M. Hilleary, of Provisoes. Prince George's county; provided, the said Charles Crawford shall give bond and security in the sum of fif- ty dollars, to he filed in tie offmce of the clerk of'Prince George's county cout, for his good behavior in said county, recoverable in the name of the State, before the county court of said county; and providedfuriher, that the said Charles Crawford shall not come into this State for the purpose of employment, and remain longer at any one time than four days, unles% detained by sickness.
