That John Liewellin and Mary his wife,'the only child of'Je- remiah,4fot,la-e of Saint Mary's county, deceased, be, ;tnd the, e,herebv authorisedito mortgage the real estate of which .the'Aaid Jeren'iah 'Booth died seized, or any part thereof, in like imanner as if the-said Many were of full age.
