Bayard, James 1). Cresap, George Hoffman, John Templeman and William Reid, are hereby authorised to carry into full effect and operation, all the provisions of this act and the act of eighteen hundred and twelve, entitled, An act for the valuation of real and personal property in the' severail counties of this state. 4. And be it enacted, That so much of the thirty eighth section of Clause 'Ie- saiI act, as exempts any lots or part of lots of land in said county, pealed. from taxation, be and the same is hereby repealed.
