That the deed from Iartin Myers, of WF 5hington county, to John AV. Stcinmetz, of said county, hearing date the eleventh day or 'May, in the year one thousand Viglht hudred and twenty four, for a lot of ground in the town o( Clear Spring, in the county afore. said, be, and the same is hereby declared to have all the force and efrect to transfer the right and title- of the said Martin Myers, of, iii, and to the property mentioned in stiik deed, to the said John AV. Steinmetz, as if the said J ohn W. Steinmetz had been natu- rdised before the execution of the said deed, agreeably to the laws of the United States, regulating the naturalization of foreigners; Proviso. Provided alwags,.
