Ann's county, he has devised a part of his etate to Samuel Busick Jump, provided he shall have his name changed to Samuel Jump Bu- 'ick. Sec. I. Be it enacted by the General .Assembl!/ f _raryland, That Name chang- the wtinie of Samuel l.;ick Jump be, and is hereby changed and al- ed. tered unto the name of Samuel Jump Busick, and it shall and may be lavful for the said Samuel Busick Jump at all tines hereafter, to be called and lknown by and hold and use the name of Samuel Jump Bu- sick, and by this name to purchase, sell, convey or devise, and to sue and be sued in any court of law or equity. .1 2. AIad be it enactedl, That all securities, promises, contracts, Actsconfirm- - ed. as.Urances, deeds and lawful acts whatsoever hereafter to be made, or done by or to the said Samuel Busick Jump, by the name of Sam- ucl jump ltsick, shall be of the same force and effect, and equally a- vail to all intents and purposes, as if the name of Samuel Jump flu- sick, had been the true and proper name.
