Eleanor Banks, of the city of Baltimore, be, and she is hereby di- vorced from bed, board, and mutual cohabitation with her husband Thomas Banks. 2. A ndbe it enacted, That all 'the right and title which the said Claims an- Thomas Banks, by virtue of his marriage with said Eleanor. Banks, nulled. had acquired to any property which she is or may become entitled1 to, in any way or manner whatever, be and the same is hereby revoked and repealed; and that the said Eleanor Banks be, and she'is hereby declared capable to have, hold, take, recover, sue for, and record, by c6inpromisc, suit or suits in law or equity, all such property, in as full and ample a manner as if she were a feme sole, and had ne- ver been married; and to hold, use and enjoy the same, for her own use and benefit, and the same to dispose of according to her will and pleasure, without the molestation, interference, hindrance or con- sent of her said husband, in the same manner she could or might have done were she af'me sole.
