AND i, IT ENACTED, That the present supervisor appointed Repairs by the levy court of Harford county, to superintend or leep in re- pair the aforesaid old roid, be, and the same is hereby appointed to superintend the aforesaid new road, until a new appointment shall be made by the said Jevy court, and that all s4ch monies as may be in his hands unexpended (if any) be laid out on the new road. 3. AND i. IT ENACTED. That it shall and may be lawful for the Alteration said supervisor, to mnake any alteration that he may think necessary in the location of the .said new road; Provided, The same be done Proviso. with the consent of the landholders, and at the proper cost and ex- pense of private individuals that may volunteer to do the same.
