Wtil.ER.AS, Walter Slicer by his petition to this Generic' Assembly sets forth, that he is desirous to purchase and brink into this state a certain negro man named Jack firom the statei ol Virginia; Therefore, Mayim.rt Shc. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of a save.
