BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly Of Levy courtshall .Marjland, That the levy court of Anne-Arundel ascs' a sum of 1 t i 1 • Mnt1 y fo~r thelir county shall, and they are hereby empowered at their mainten ace levy court annually, so long as they shall see cause, to assess and levy on the assessable property of said county, a sum of money not exceeding sixty dollars, for. the support and maintenance of the said William Davis and Elizabeth Davis his sister, who is an ideot; and that the same be collected annually by the collec- tor of Anne-Arundel county, and by him paid to the said William Davis or his order.
