No. 212.]                     AN ACT
Por the relief of William C. Auld, of the City of NeW Oilean4.
s400 alowed  SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
willIam C. Alid. of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the sum
of four hundred dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated, out of
any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to
William 0. Auld, on the warrant of the Auditor of Public Accounts, being
for fees due to him for Clerk's costs of Court, in several cases, at the suit
of the State of Louisiana, against sundry individuals for recovery of State
licenses, etc., in all forty-nione suits, instituted in the Fourth Distriet Court
of New Orleans.
SEC. 2. Be it farther enacted, &c., That this act, take effect from and
after its passage.

Hervey Drak.c the State of Louisiana, in General Assenblp convened, That the sum of five
hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund, to be paid by the Treasurer on the warrant of Hervy Drake, being
one-half of the value of his negro man Arthur, charged with shooting the
overseer, who was taken frol the custody of the law by a body of armed
men in the parish of Morehouse and lung.
Wheu to take  SEo. 2. Be it further enacted, &c., That this act take effect from and after
