tteo forh s for the fiscal year, commencing on the first day of April, eighteen hundred
ar . and sixty-one, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-two:
1. For the salary of the Governor, under act number three hundred
and nine, of eighteen hundred and fifty-five, four thousand dollars.
2. For the salary of the Secretary of State, under act number two hun-
dred and seventy-three, of eighteen hundred and fifty-five, two thousand
dollars.
3. For the salary of the State Treasurer, under act number three hun-
dred and twenty-five, of eighteen hundred and fifty-five, twenty-five hun-
dred dollars.
4. For the salary of the Auditor of Public Accounts, under act number
one hundred and nineteen, of eighteen hundred and fifty-five, four thousand
dollars.
5. For the salary of the Clerk of Secretary of State's office, appropri-
ation bill, one thousand dollars.
6. For the salary of the State Superintendent of Public Education,
under act number three hundred and twenty-one, of eighteen hundred and
fifty-fiveftwenty-five hundred dollars.
7. For the salary of the Attorney General, under act number six, of
eighteen hundred and fifty-five, thirty-five hundred dollars.
8. For the salary of the Clerk of the First District Court of New
Orleans, under act number fifty-eight, of eighteen hundred and fifty-five,
six thousand dollars.
9. For the salary of the State Librarian, tinder act number three lin-
dred and twenty-nine, of one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, twelve
hundred dollars.
10 For the salary of the Governor's Messenger, appropriation bill, three
hundred and sixty dollars.
11. For the salary of the Governor's Private Secretary, appropriation
bill, twelve hundred dollars.,
12 For copying the laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, for pro-
inulgation, to be drawn by the Secretary of State when the work is coin-
plated, six hundred dollars.
13. For the salary of the Register of the Land Office, at Baton Rouge,
and for all contingent expenses of his office, under act of eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-five, fixing the salaries of the Register and Receiver of the
Land Office at Baton Rouge, six thousand dollars.
14. For the salary of the Receiver of the Land Office, at Baton Rouge,
under act of eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, fixing the salaries of the
Register and Receiver of the Land Office at Baton Rouge, two thousand
dollars.
15. For the salary of the Clerk of Register of the Land Office, under
act of eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, fixing the salaries of the Register
and Receiver of the Land Office at Baton Rouge, two thousand dollars.
16. For the salary of the Register of the Land Office; at Winusboro',
