For the relief of Hamilton D. Wagnon, of the parish of Carroll.
Appropriation of  SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
one hundred dol-
lars with interest, the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the sim of one
etc.        hundred dollars, with interest at five per cent. from thb first day of January,
eighteen hundred and fifty-eight be, and the same is hereby appropriated out
of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, to pay Hainilton.D. Wagnon,
of the parish of Carroll, for services rendered the State in conveying Mi-
chael McDonald, afterwards convicted and sent to the Penitentiary for
negro stealing, from Providence, in the parish of Carroll, to the City of
New Orleans.
now paid.    SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, d&c., That the said sum be paid him upon
the warrant of the Auditor of Public Accounts, and that this Act take
effect from and after its passage.
