            No.  15.]                     AN   ACT
              To emancipate Prosper King, of the parish of Tensas, from the disabilities of minority.
              Be   it  enacted by the Senate and  House  of  Representatives of the
  Prosper King State of Louisiana, in General Assembly conened, That from and after
eiancipaten. the passage of this act, Prosper King, of the parish of Tensas, be, and
            lie is hereby emancipated from all disabilities declared by existing laws
            relative to minors, and that lie be, and is hereby authorized to do and
            perform all acts and enter into and contract all obligations, to sell, pur-
            chase or mortgage  his property, real and personal, to sue and be sued, and
            to do and perform all acts relative to property rights and credits, as fully
            and  legally as if lie had attained the age of twenty-one years.
