Relative to Patrols.
SECTION 1.   Be it enacted by the Senate onul Ifose of Repre-
sentatives of the S ate of Louisiana in General Assembly con-

patrols.       and of making the necessary regulations on that subject.

the negro huts unless the owner or agent, if present on the plantation,
shall be notified of the presence of the patrol, in order that he may
accompany them, should he wish to do so.
