For the relief of Janes G. Lassley, of Adams county, Slate of Mississippi.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
of the Slate of Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That
*25s 10 appropria. the sum of two hundrcd and eighty-six dollars and ten cents be
led to refund JG- and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Trea-
of a runaway slave. sury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of refunding to James
G. Lassley, administrator of the estate of Eupheinia Lassley, de-
ceased, this amount, being the net price paid into the Treasury from
the sale of the runaway slave Ton Cross, which belonged to the said
Euphemia Lassley, payable on the warrant of the said James G.
