No. 256. AN ACT For the relief of D. M. Pritchard, sheriff of the parish of Catahonla. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Condritions ni State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That if D. Whereas, the proper making and repairing the levees kept up in that part of the parish of Ascension lying on the right bank of the Mississippi river, between Bayou Lafourche and the lower limits of said parish, is of the greatest importance to the inhabitants of the entire district of country situated between the Mississippi Ri. ver and Bayou Lafourche, therefore, Section 1.
