To authorize Arnmdde Germain Exupere Tesson to adopt Albert George Exapbre
Geoffroy.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives
AG.E.Tam of the State of Louisiana, in General Avsembly convened: That Am6d6e
atborized to Germain Exupbre Tesson, of the parish of Rapides, be, and he is hereby,
adopt A.G. E authorized to adopt as his son Albert George Exupire Geoffroy, and to
g ive to him, in place of his present name, that of Albert George Exupire
esson.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, etc.: That said adoption shall be effected
by means of an authentic act, to which the said Albert George Exup6re
no said adop- Geoffrey shall be made a party, with t he assistance of a curator ad hoc,
plawe,.k who shall be appointed to him by the judge of the thirteenth judicial
District Court in and for the parish of Rapides.
SEc. 3. Be it further enacted, etc.: That the adoption being thus ofected,
