              SEc.  2. Be  it further enacted, 4-c., That it shall, and may be lawfid
            for the said William Justice, his heirs and assigns, to demand and receive
            the rates for ferriage for crossing said river, and no more, to wit: For man
 gates of terri- and horse, twenty-five cents; for waggon loaded, one dollar and tventy-fiva
 age.       cents; waggon  empty, eighty-seven and  a half cents; four wheel pleasure
            carriages, seventy-five cents; horse and gig, fifty cents; each foot passen-
            ger, twelve and  a  half cents; single horse, twelve  and  a half  cents;
            droves of cattle, horses or mules, over five heads, six and a quarter cents
            per head; swimming   horses, cattle or mules, three cents per head.
              SEc. 3. Be  it further enacted, 4-c., That  it shall be the duty of the
