SECT. 2. Be it further enacted, 4'c., That the election precinct for-
merly held at Laurel Hill, in the parish of West Feliciana, be removed
to the store of Alexander Wilson, in said parish.

No. 60.-AN ACT for the relief of Samuel Jobson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State
ofLouisiana in General Assembly convened; That the Treasurer of
the State be, and is hereby authorized to pay to Samuel Jobson, on his
dwn warrant, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropri-
ated, the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars, for boarding the
negroes attached to the Nashville and New Orleans rail road in the year
eightecn hundred and forty-one.

priated.

fifty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

No.!63.-AN ACT granting leave of absence to Robert Spedden.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Stale
of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened; That leave of absence
from this State, for the period of three months, from the first of July next,
b3 and is hereby granted to Robert Spedden, Master Warden of the
part of New Orleans ; Provided the said Spedden appoint a deputy for
whose acts he shall be responsible, and provided further that said deputy
shall be a pproved of by the Governor.
