AN ACT For the purpose of giving the Parish of Claiborno a separate representa. ion. SEcTIoN 1. Ic it cnacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the State of Louisiana, ilL General Assenbly con- rencd, That herenfter in all clcetions for mombers of tle louse of.Reprosontatives of this State, the Parishes of Natchitochcs and Cadoand Claiborno, shall vote separatoly for their Rcpro- sentatives, and not togcthcr, as they have heretofore done. in manner following, viz: the Parishes of Natchitoches and Cado, shall elcct and send two Representatives, and the Parisi of Claiborne shall clect and send one Represeltative to the House of Rcprescntatives of tlte State.
