Harris, deaf and dumb boys, to be employed for their support nnd instruction, in the Pennsylvania Institution for the Deaf and! Dumb; and it is hereby made the duty of the State treasurer, immediately after the passage of this act, to re- mit said sumn to the treasurer of that institution, for the useR aforesaid.
