An Act
For the relief of Thos. H. Chew, tutor of Martha Ann and Mary Ann
Davis,
Preamble.       VuIEREAS ithas b0n showed to this Legislature, that the
relations of Martha Ann and Mary Ann Davis, have prinripally
removed from this State, to the State of Mississippi, and that
they desire that said minors shall also be removed with their
personal property and slaves, and the said relations also dem it
a matter that will be to the interests and advantage of the said
minors,
He it therefore enacted, by the Senate and House of Re-
presentatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly
convened, That the said Thomas Hf. Chew, tutor to said. Martha
Tutor author- Ann and Mary Ann Davis, he and he is horehy authorized to
ised toremove                  .
said minors & remove them and their personal property and slaves, from  this

Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State.of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened: 1st. That
Governor to the governor be, and he is hereby respectfully requested to ap-
