An Act
To amend an act entitled Ai act to take the most effective measures
in order to prevent the transportation, or carrying away of  slaVes, out
of this State, against the will of their owners, and for other purposes,
approvet 13th Februay, 1816.
Sixuniox I. Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of
Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembliy
convened, That if tiny slave or slaves be hereafter carried out of
