Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativesof the state of Louisiana in general assembly convened, That it shall be forthwith,-the.dutyof the treasurer-of the Charity Hospital of the city of New-Orleans, to sue in his.said capaci- ty, for the recovery of any fines.ihich may be incurred under the provisions of the second and fifth sections.of the act to which this is an amendment; said fines,when recovered, to be paid to the said treasurer for the use of the said Hospital.
