Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana in General Assembly convened, That instead of making a general election of Church Wardens or trustees of the said Church, as is prescribed by the third section of the act to which this is a supplement, approved March 14th 1822, the election of two Church Wardens or Trustees drawn by lots, shall be begun over again, to be re placed in such manner that the rotation established shall not be interrupted.
