Be it enacted by the Senate and Houfe of Pensions Rebrefentatives of the State of Louijiana in general afembly con- granted. vened ;, That the furns herein after mentioned fhall be paid out of th: tre-aftry of this State to the following perfons: 19. To the widow, and in cafe of hrr death, to the legitimate children, of Jean B. Deiportes, late of the Orle ie volunteers, killed in defence of the State, the fum of eight dollars per month. 20. To the widow, and in cafe of her death, to the legtimate children of Ifaac Brown, late of the Louifiana, drafted militia, killed in defence of the State, the fum of eight dollars per month. 3@. To Mary Comming-, mother of George Com. mings late of the Orleans volunteers, killed in defence of the State, the fum of fix dollars per month. 40. To Charles Snvary, father of Bitton Savary, late of the regimtnt of men of colour, killed in defence of the State, the lam of eight dollars per month.
