SECT. 3. .And be it further enacted, That the for. AN ACT .Supplementary to an act entitled, An act supple- mentary to the acts to lay a tax on lands and elaves in the Territory of Orleane. \Whereas the taxes on real property and slaves in Preamble. the county of Feliciana, for the year one thousand eight hundred and eleven remain yet unpaid, and the census of slaves and tables of assessment of the taxes have not yet been made out, therefore: SECT. 1.
