Be .t enacted by the Legislative Council and Hbouse of Representatives of the Ter itory of Or- leans, in General Assembly convened, That the payment of the slaves killed and executed in con. sequence of the late insurrection shall be made in the following manner, to wit: one third, oil the first of June one thousand eight hundred anid eleven; one third, one the first of June one thou- sind eight hundred and twelve ; and oe third on the fla st of June one( thousand eight hundrc and thirteea.
