'vened, That the parifh judges are duly au. thorifed to charge and receive the following Compenfations, to wit : For every order by them iffued in a civil fuit, on the demand of the party, fifty cents ; For rendering a judgment by default, fif. ty cents ; For rendering a final judgment, one dol. lar; For adminiffration of an oath, where the depofition or affilavit is written, and figning the fame, twenty fiveicents ; For adminiftering oath and writing the fame, for every twenty words, twelve cents and a half; To filing petition, anfwer, anfwer to in. terrogatories, each twenty.five cents ; For preparing citation or procefs to com. pel appearance, fifty cents ; For filing the fame when returned, and entering return, twelve cents and a half;
