CHAPTER 1325.                              1835.
AN ACT to amend an act, entitled An act to amend, In part, Chapter 61, of
Revised Statute', approved March 10, 1856.
Be it enacted by the Gencral Assembly of the Commonwealth

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth

alty and choses in action. All existing laws and regulations
in regard to the sales of real estate by order of circuit
court in the case herein before indicated, and in regard to
the settlement and decisions of estates, shall, so far as the
same nre applicable, apply to proceedings instituted under
this act in the M1agoffin court.
