CHAPTER 636.                             1866.
AN ACT for the benefit of the negroes and mulattoes in this Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky:
§ 1. That all the taxes hereafter collected from negroes and How taxes on
