AN ACT repealing and amending certain sections, articles, and chapters of the Revised Statutes and Session Acts approved since the adoption of the Re- vised Statutes, concerning slaves and free negroes. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: § 1. That sections, articles, and chapters of Revised Stat- utes and Session Acts, hereinafter mentioned, be repealed or amended, in whole or in part, as hereinafter specified : 1.
