1864.    therefor, which statement shall be preserved by the clerk
of said court, and shall be recorded in the same record-
book with inventories and sale-bills of estates of deceased
persons; and a copy thereof shall be evidence in all the
courts of this State against such guardian.
§4. This act shall take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 395.
AN ACT concerning the importation ol Slaves into this Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
§ 1. Slaves imported from a foreign country since the
