AN ACT to amend an act, entitled, An act coneerning Runaway
Slaves, approved Mvareh 2,1863.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
§ 1. That where any person may have purchased any      Acts 1863, p.

titled thereto.
