Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky : § 1. That the managers of the turnpike road leading from Bardstown to Louisville be allowed permission to col- lect tolls for one gate at Salt river, until a new bridge shall be erected, when, as heretofore, they be permitted to col- lect double toll. § 2. That said managers be permitted to remove said gate to any point on said road, not exceeding a distance of half mile from its present location, until the erection of a new bridge, when the same shall be removed to the pres- ent location. § 3. This act to take effect from its passage. Approved February 13, 1863. CHAPTER 817. AN ACT to amend the charter or the city of Maysville.
