CHAPTER      188.                          1861.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale or gift of intoxicating liquors to officers or soldiers.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky:
§ 1. That it shall be unlawful for any one to sell to Sales of spirit-
